Opportunity statement posted for head of school search

Search committee co-chairs Elizabeth Poindexter and John Handmaker have updated us that the opportunity statement for head of school candidates is now posted to the Triangle Associates website and the KCD Head of School Search page. This document was created by Triangle following their interviews with KCD parents, teachers, and administrators in March. The opportunity statement is a standard document for head searches that helps candidates know what we are looking for in our next head and if they are a good fit for our school community. Triangle, our search consultants, will also conduct in-depth interviews to determine if candidates are a good match for KCD.
