7th graders present 2024 Euro Projects

Congratulations to our 7th grade students who completed their Euro Projects this week! We are so proud of each of these scholars for their creativity, teamwork, and dedication on this huge Middle School project.
Over the past couple of months, students worked in teams to build websites, write executive summaries, create geography slideshows, studied the biome, economy, and culture of their assigned countries, and much more!

On March 14, our Bearcats began their morning with group presentations in front of panels of faculty who rated their proposals for why their assigned country should host the 2028 Summer Olympic Games.

From there, the top four groups presented in front of the entire 7th grade class in the KCD Theater. Students then cast their final votes for three categories: Best Presentation Overall, Best Video, and Best Mascot.

This year’s winners were…
  • Overall Winner: Spain (Jack H., Will J., Kane L., Ryan M., Jackson W.)
  • Video Winner: Norway (Shanti C., Cami C., Adam E., Parker H.)
  • Mascot Winner: Croatia (Kinley B., Easton C., Cole D., Sebastian M.)
Amazing work, Bearcats!
