Middle School Cross Country Coaches

Kentucky Country Day School is seeking enthusiastic and dependable coaches for our Middle School Cross Country program, including one Head Coach and one Assistant Coach, for the upcoming fall season. Coaches will work with student-athletes in grades 5–8 to help develop running fundamentals, sportsmanship, teamwork, and a love for the sport while preparing the team for meets throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Leading or assisting with daily practices
• Teaching running fundamentals and race strategy
• Supervising athletes at practices and meets
• Promoting a positive and supportive team culture

Qualifications

• Experience running or coaching cross country preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Availability for afternoon practices and meets during the fall season
