Timeline for Admission

Grades JK/K

  • Application Deadline, First Round: January 11, 2019
  • Gesell Developmental Screening: Must be completed between October 30, 2018, and January 11, 2019
  • Teacher Recommendation Form: Due by January 11, 2019
  • JK/K Visit Day: Will be held on January 12, 2019, at 8:30 am or 10:30 am
  • Written Notification of Admission Committee decisions after February 8, 2019

Grades 1‒12

  • Application Deadline, First Round: January 11, 2019
  • Shadow Day: Must be completed between September 4, 2018 and December 20, 2018
  • Teacher Recommendation Form(s): Due by January 11, 2019
  • Transcripts: Due by January 11, 2019
  • Admission Testing: Will be held on January 12, 2019, at 9:00 am
  • Written notification of Admission Committee decisions after February 8, 2019

Grades JK/K, Rolling Admission

  • Submit Application
  • Gesell Developmental Screening: Must be completed by May 6, 2019
  • JK/K Visit Day: Must be completed by May 6, 2019
  • Teacher Recommendation Form: Due ASAP
  • Written notification of Admission Committee decisions after file is complete and first round decisions are made

Grades 1‒12, Rolling Admission

  • Submit Application
  • Shadow Day: Must be completed by May 6, 2019
