Juniors mark milestone at Junior Breakfast

The Junior Breakfast is an important milestone for upper school students. The event marks juniors’ transition to the role of senior leadership and provides an opportunity for parents to mark the occasion with a class ring or other gift.
This year’s speaker was KCD grad Khaleel Wilson ’13, who encouraged students to make concrete plans in order to reach their goals. Mr. Wilson graduated from Tufts University and will enter med school at U of L in the fall.

The Junior Breakfast also provides an opportunity to recognize alumni legacies—juniors who have a parent who graduated from KCD. We have a particularly large group of legacies this year, as you can see below.
