The Upper School Governor’s Cup team has won the district tournament for the second year in a row! Eighteen students competed at Eastern High School last week, and many of them advanced to the regional tournament in February. Students who earned medals and advanced to regionals are listed below.
The Quick Recall team placed third, led by coach Paul Amick. Congratulations to Solomon Blinchevsky, Connor Kissel, Jake Latts, Grace Lau, Emily Minor, Shanzeh Sayied, Eddy Zhong, and Nathan Zou for their impressive win over Eastern, who went on to win the tournament.
The Future Problem Solving team placed second and has earned a spot at the regional competition! Congratulations to coach Sarah Shartzer and her team: Zahra Khan, Caleh Collins, Mahmoud Kutmah, and Youssef Saad.
