Audio Production class lets students record and arrange their music
This summer, KCD offered an exciting new class in music technology. The Audio Recording and Production class was team-taught by James Racine and Connor Bell, both of whom write, record, and perform their own music.
Students learned the basics of audio recording and editing using various hardware and software tools. For their final project, students presented a multitrack recording demonstrating the techniques they learned during the class.
The class highlighted the connections between technology and the arts and is a great example of our STEAM curriculum in action.
