Leena Khader ’26 recognized in international physics photo-essay contest

Congratulations to Leena Khader ’26 whose photo essay submission, “Umbrellas in the Sky,” was ranked among the top 100 for the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) 2023 High School Physics Photo Contest. 
This is an international competition—and Leena beat out more than 1000 students to place in the top 100! Additionally her photo received the recognition of Honorable Mention Contrived for Social Awareness. This is the first time in school history that a student’s submission has received honors beyond placing in the top 100. Amazing work, Bearcat!
