Red in the Head
Although usually mad, it can be happy or even sad, The color that makes you stop when you want to keep going The color that will spice up your day when you're feeling glum The color that shines in your face, and burns like the sun The color that can make you explode like a volcano on the run The color that can make you feel toasted as a bun.
Although usually mad, it can be happy or even sad, The color that can make you go wild with fireworks and all The color that won't leave you alone The color that painted 13 stripes across the American flag The color that pops out on a mid day walk The color that runs through your heart and gives you life.
Although usually mad, it can be happy or even sad, That color that is in space all over Mars That color that you eat almost every day in apples, meat, and tomatoes That color that makes blue into purple That color that can poke you if you get too close That color that generates heat to the world That color that jumps out at you all over the world.
