Help Desk Support Level 1

This position will provide general IT tech support to the full Kentucky Country Day Campus campus.  Will help maintain Apple Mac OS, Windows 10, Chrome OS, and iOS devices as well as projectors, phones, SmartBoards, and other technology.  Responsible for maintaining organized records of hardware/software inventory and fully updating help desk software ticket information.  Other duties as needed.  Strong logic and organization skills required.  Experience working with Mac and Windows operating systems required.  This position will offer exposure to a wide variety of IT systems and help build the foundation for future work in any technical field.  Full time hourly position at $15/hour.
