Facilities Team Member

KCD has an immediate need for a Facilities Team Member. This person will serve in a multi-purpose role, performing a wide range of daily maintenance and operational tasks in school buildings and facilities across the 80-acre campus. Full-time and part-time shifts available.

Essential Functions of the Job
  • Perform light maintenance duties, such as painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
  • Deliver packages within the campus.
  • Furniture moving, event set ups.
  • Light cleaning, garbage pick up.
  • Additional duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and conscientiousness.
  • Dependability and commitment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to move easily and quickly around the campus.
  • This is a full-time, year-round position.
