Middle School Speech Team Coach

Kentucky Country Day School has an opening for a middle school speech team coach for the 2023–2024 school year. The coaching position is an extracurricular position. The ideal candidate will be available to rehearse with students at the conclusion of the school day (3:00-5:00), and possibly during the school day as necessary. After school rehearsals are required to provide students with practice time. Tournaments are held on select Saturdays throughout the school year and require the coach to be in attendance.

 

Preferred experience includes a degree in communication or dramatic arts, speech coaching experience, and/or firsthand experience as a speech team competitor. Preferred application deadline is July 15th Please send a cover letter and resume to personnel@kcd.org.
