FLIK October Promotions in the Commons

Each month FLIK offers specials and promotions during KCD lunch service. See our October specials below!
Food Holidays:
  • National Chili Month: We will be offering various chilis as the daily soup specials this month along with different variations of cornbread as accompaniments. 
  • National Pasta Month: Various pasta dishes will be served in the Commons as well as the Bearcat Café. Be on the lookout on the menu for these dishes.
  • World Vegetarian Day (10/3) We'll be having Vegetarian Chili along with our regular menu vegetarian options.
  • National Oatmeal Day (10/28) We'll be serving Peach Crisp with Oat Topping for dessert.
Other Specials
  • Throughout the month of October we will be featuring an assortment of chopped salad specials such as BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad, Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad and Summer Vegetable Chopped Salad.
Halloween: 
  • We'll be serving Beef "Ghoulash" in the Bearcat Café (10/31)
Wellness-Veg Edge: Butternut Squash
  • Our "Veg Edge" vegetable of the month is Butternut Squash. Be on the lookout for menu items with Butternut Squash in them.

  • Pumpkin Seeds roasted in different seasonings (10/18)
