KCD Varsity Football advances to the State Championship for the second time in program history

The Kentucky Country Day Bearcats are state championship-bound after a decisive 31–13 victory over rival Campbellsville in Friday’s KHSAA Class 1A semifinal matchup. 
The win was especially sweet for the Bearcats, after falling to Campbellsville 17–27 earlier in the season. It also sends the Bearcats to the state finals for just the second time in program history, with the first coming in 2020.

KCD will face Raceland in the KHSAA Class 1A State Championship on Friday, December 5, at 12 pm at Kroger Field in Lexington, Kentucky.
