Upper School Governor’s Cup competes in District 28 Championship

On Tuesday, February 3, the KCD Upper School Governor’s Cup team hosted and competed in the district competition. The team finished 3rd overall for District 28 with many impressive individual achievements.
Congratulations to these individual students on their excellent performances in the Content Assessment portion of the competition:
  • Octane Hinojosa ’27 placed 1st in science
  • Paige Davis ’26 placed 1st in composition
  • Ann Zhao ’26 placed 2nd in math
  • Henry Enck ’26 placed 2nd in science
  • Raya Attallah ’27 placed 2nd in composition
  • Omar Sayied ’27 placed 3rd in math
  • Jackson Easley’26 placed 4th in arts and humanities
  • Akash Sigdel ’26 placed 5th in language arts
  • Abby Sullivan ’27 placed 5th in composition
The team also finished 3rd in the Quick Recall competition. Congratulations, Bearcats!
