Varsity Boys’ Soccer wins 2026 All-A State Championship

Congratulations to the KCD Varsity Boys’ Soccer team, who won the All-A State Championship on Sunday, September 27!
The Bearcats defeated Murray High School (2-1) in a thrilling championship final at Collegiate Fields. The win marks KCD’s sixth All-A State title for the Boys’ Soccer program—and the first since 2021.

The road to the state championship began with an exciting regional win against Louisville Collegiate (1-0) in August. The Bearcats went on to defeat Gallatin County, Pikeville, and St. Henry’s to secure their spot in the finals.

Congratulations to our athletes who were named to the All-A State Tournament Team: Owen Hahn, Hunter Swint, Nashe Charaskia, Will Holt, and MVP Dominic Del Negro!
