KCD community collects supplies for Western KY tornado relief
KCD's community of Citizens, Scholars, and Stewards joined together to collect more than 60 boxes of health and hygiene supplies for individuals impacted by the recent tornadoes in Mayfield, Kentucky.
Supplies such as soap, sanitizing hand wipes, diapers, trash bags, and feminine hygiene products were collected at morning and afternoon carpool at each division on Wednesday, December 15.
On Thursday, December 16, our partners at Doctors for Healthy Communities picked up our donations—filling their truck to the brim!—and delivered them to the people of Mayfield and Western Kentucky.
