Volleyball Fun with Coach Stuber and Coach Ford! (Grades 2nd-5th)

Volleyball and fun is what this camp is all about! Through a variety of game-based activities, exciting challenges, and teamwork duels, campers will learn the fundamentals of the game while having a BLAST! Join Coach Stuber and Coach Ford for this fun-filled volleyball camp!

Bearcat Baseball (Grades 1st-8th)

Calling all Baseball Players! Are you looking to broaden your knowledge and skills to become a great baseball player? This is the camp for you! Join the KCD Baseball Coaching staff and a few KCD Varsity Baseball players for a fun-filled week on the baseball diamond. Please bring cleats, tennis shoes, a snack, and a water bottle.

JavaScript Coding and Game Creation (Grades 9th-12th)

Have you ever wanted to code a game and share it with friends on a webpage? JavaScript is a core coding language for web development. What a better way to learn a language than to build fun interactive games. You will learn how to apply JavaScript functions, objects and event handlers. We will practice the foundations of programming with an emphasis on developing logical thinking and problem solving skills. All students must come with a laptop.

Nerf Battles: Session 1 (Grades K-5th)

Throw on some goggles, grab your blaster, and squad up to a variety of Nerf Dart games. Campers will safely participate in solo, duo, and squad missions to rule campus. Who will reign supreme?

Tie Dye Mania (Grades 1st-6th)

Spiral, Crumple, Bullseye, and Boxfolds are just a few of the techniques we will experiment with to create campers projects. Campers will also try ice dyeing and bleach dyeing to round out their creativity. Fee includes snack, dyes, and shirts needed for the activity. Please bring a water bottle.

A Blast of Broadway in the Bluegrass (Grades 1st-5th)

Come join the fun as we sing, dance, and act to the brilliant music of TOP Hollywood kids animated movies and the most famous Broadway shows for kids! A Blast of Broadway will meet at KCD's beautiful theater. Our performance on the stage for family and friends will be on Friday, June 23 at 1 pm.

Camp Broadway! (Two-week camp during Weeks 3 & 4)

This two-week musical theatre camp offers young performers an opportunity to rehearse and perform a musical! Campers will be cast, learn songs and dances, work on memorizing lines and blocking, and present their work to their parents and the KCD community. Students should expect to bring their lunch daily and wear comfortable clothes for movement. We will be performing Disney's Descendants: The Musical! Based on the popular Disney Channel original movie, this brand-new musical is jam-packed with comedy, adventure, Disney characters, and hit songs from the films!
