Mock Trial team impresses in inaugural season

Congratulations to KCD’s Mock Trial team who wrapped up their inaugural season with an impressive 6-6 finish at regionals last weekend. At regionals, the Bearcats competed against 11 other teams—including some of the best teams in the state and the reigning national high school mock trial champions!
Six of our students received individual accolades:
  • Outstanding Witness Award — Téa Poppe ’26, Alex Bahe ’24, and Veronica Fernandez ’25
  • Team Top Witness — Miles Bahe ’26
  • Team Top Attorney (tie) — Lawson Cantley ’24 and Wynn Evans ’24
We are so proud of our 13 Mock Trial students for their teamwork and dedication:
