KCD’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is charged with ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusivity as foundational philosophies, are integrated throughout the community and the curriculum.

Mr. Racine offers education and support for parents, students, trustees, and staff; consults with administration and faculty on how best to serve a diverse population; works with faculty on developing multicultural curriculum that represents the diversity of our community and beyond; and conducts educational programs throughout the year that focus on core DEI values.
