Dear Parents of the Upper School,

It is hard to believe, but we are entering the final two weeks of the school year! As of today, we have completed our Advanced Placement exams, and next week we will begin our final exam schedule. Please read the attached schedule and keep the following things in mind:

• Monday May 19 and Tuesday May 20 are review days. The students will see all of their teachers on both days.
• The final exams that are administered in the morning begin at 9:30 a.m. All students should arrive at school no later than 9:15 a.m. after enjoying breakfast of some kind at home. If necessary, you may drop students off at school at the regular time. Afternoon finals begin at 12:30 p.m.
• Lunch will be served every day at 11:30 a.m. during final exams.
• Freshman and sophomores do not have off campus lunch privileges during final exams. Juniors will continue to have off campus lunch privileges during final exams.
• Make-up final exams will be administered on Tuesday, May 27, beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Class Day will be held on Wednesday, May 28, at 10:30 a.m. in the Gardner Gym. Please make sure that your son or daughter is in appropriate dress attire. They should arrive at the Upper School between 10:00 and 10:15 a.m. and must check in with Ms. Austin. The spring sports presentation will immediately follow Class Day, and then the students will return to the Upper School for yearbook distribution and dismissal.
