ABC news anchor Dan Harris speaks at KCD
Last week, ABC news anchor and author Dan Harris spoke to a great crowd in the KCD Theater.
Mr. Harris described his on-air panic attack in 2004 and the journey that led him—a self-professed skeptic—to embrace meditation. After his remarks, Mr. Harris took questions from the audience and signed copies of his book, 10% Happier.
