Online databases are great sources of information on a wide variety of subjects. They cover everything from current events to literary criticism to health issues to psychology. Many offer full-text printouts of recent journal and magazine articles. Be sure to take advantage of all the search options (Keyword, Subject Boolean, etc.). Always Remember: Just because it’s on the internet doesn’t mean it’s true, fair, or up to date!

Your opinions are needed! Please let us know if you have used any of these subscription databases, and whether they have been useful to you. Participate in the ongoing evaluation of library services by e-mailing Mr. Amick with your feedback.
