KCD One Fund

You spoke. We listened.

In response to requests from parents and alumni to streamline our fundraising processes, we have created One Fund, which allows you to make one gift, once a year and allows you to designate how those funds are spent. One Fund provides support to every facet of KCD: academics, athletics, the arts, operations and more.

How does it work?

For instance, if you typically make multiple tax-deductible gifts to KCD in a fiscal year totaling $250, you can now write one check and allocate your dollars for various purposes (i.e., $100 to the Annual Fund, $50 to the Athletics Booster Club, $50 to the Fine Arts Guild, and $50 to the Parents Association). Giving through this method will enable donors to receive the same recognition as in past years.

The Fine Arts Guild, Athletics Booster Club, and Parent Association will still function as they have in the past. These groups provide a well-rounded experience for all of our students, and without your continued support, KCD would not have the arts and athletic facilities and equipment that we enjoy.

Why One Fund?

One Fund allows us to reduce multiple solicitations for multiple purposes and creates a more “donor friendly” process. An added benefit of this approach is that it will save money by reducing mailings, printing, and postage costs for KCD.

You still have the option of giving for one purpose only, if that is your preference. Additionally, you may also keep the option of indicating that you’d like your gift to be designated for another purpose entirely (an endowed chair, for example).

Thank you for recognizing the need for your involvement in our children’s academic community and remember— all gifts to KCD are 100% tax deductible.

Your Support Can be Allocated for the Following Purposes
