Conduct

Kentucky Country Day School is a community of individuals working, playing, and growing together. Support and respect for one another is the key element that makes this community function well. To foster such a community, there must be expectations for behavior on the part of all members of the KCD family. Students should always behave in a manner that reflects the following: concern for the rights, needs and property of others; respect; honesty; trust; and an acceptance of ideas and thoughts that may differ from their own. There can be no room in a community such as this for actions that are rude, disrespectful, or dishonest. As representatives of the school, students are expected to conduct themselves honorably, both on and off campus.
