Girls’ golf team supports Boys & Girls Clubs
Kudos to the girls’ golf team, who raised over $650 earlier this spring to support the Boys & girls Clubs of Kentuckiana. In a letter to head coach Pat Mulloy, President Jennifer Helgeson remarked that, “Your girls stepped up with energy, enthusiasm and the desire to make a difference.” Great job, Bearcats!
Girls’ golf turns in great performance at regionals
On Tuesday, September 28, the Bearcats competed in the Fifth Region Tournament at Henry County Country Club. The team were on top of their game, turning in the lowest team score (395) in 32 years! The team placed fifth overall in the very tough Fifth Region.
Congratulations to the five girls who competed: Marra Burton (T-14th), Lilly Davis (T-55th), Jasmine Valentine (46th), Kelsey Dutli (T-19th), and Nicole Nemec (23rd).

The girls' golf team competed and learned a lot at the tournament. Marra, Lilly, Jasmine, Nicole & Kelsey played a very difficult course, Connamara, in Nicholasville, KY. They encountered some very good competition on Saturday. They are very prepared for Tuesday's Regional tournament at Henry County Country Club. Good luck girls!

Girls golf team finishes strong at state tournament
Congratulations to the Bearcat golfers, who placed tenth at the All A State Tournament in Paducah on Saturday. The team was led by eighth grader Marra Burton with an 15th place finish among 95 participants. Eighth grader Lilly Davis, tenth grader Jasmine Valentine, and eleventh graders Nicole Nemec and Kelsey Dutli also had a hand in this great achievement for the program!
